No mandatory standups, no "you have to be online 9-5". Two overlapping hours a day with your team is enough. We ship by writing things down.
Ship weekly
Every Friday is release Friday. New customers see changes within minutes. Your work has impact, fast.
Open-book finances
Every employee sees revenue, burn, runway and salary bands. Decisions get made with the same data the founders have.
Real time off
6 weeks paid leave, minimum. We track it the other way – flags if you haven't taken 3 weeks by November. Burnout is not a strategy.
Equipment + home-office stipend
$3,500 setup budget on join (laptop, monitor, chair, desk). $200/month wifi + utilities. Whatever you need to do your best work.
Conference budget
$3,000/year for any work-related conference + travel. We pay for one international conference per year too.
Our hiring process
- 1. Async intro (30 min). You send a short Loom + answer 3 questions. We reply within 5 business days.
- 2. Hiring-manager call (45 min). Two-way conversation about the role, the team and your background.
- 3. Paid trial project (4-8 hours). A real piece of scoped work. We pay $1,500 for it whether or not we make an offer.
- 4. Team meet + reference calls (1-2 weeks). Async chat with future teammates + reference calls with people you\'ve worked with.
- 5. Offer. Compensation up front, contract within 48 hours, start date within 4 weeks.
